    Let's face it, debt funding is dead in the water so I think PJ's 'alternate funding solutions' will be getting some serious consideration moving forward. The only problem is how to obtain $400M via alternate funding.

    What options are there? Anyone got any ideas?

    At the current SP, raising $400M via equity would add more than 5.5 BILLION shares to the register. Can't see that happening!!!
