Gents, this is normal transaction for many ASX mid tier companies. FAR are allocating 5% of shares to directors and employees. Did I also read that these shares vest in 3 years? Did I also read that these shares come at a cost of 30pc higher than prevailing SP? I must admit I skimmed through the release.
In any case I am not worried at all. It serves as a great retention tool and does make employees and directors make things happen. I also just wonder whether this announcement has come at this time because a T/O bid may be pending? Just a thought.
