Well said. Agree with your comments regarding getting the best management team available to make the most of this opportunity. A 'B' team would squander the opportunity presented however if they can get a solid team of international managers on to this, there is a good chance the shares could reflect the true value of what has been discovered. Well worth a few options IMO
