This is coming together really well now. A good set of financials at end of year and the derisked nature of this stock will be plain for all to see. There are not many stocks around offering a forward dividend yield of 10% (franked before too long) at a time when the underlying business continues to improve. The likelihood is that interest rates will be cut further this year - another bonus.
