Can somebody more knowledgeable please explain the differences between the Brainchip and the IBM chip?
Is the Brainchip actually game-changing or just a similar and or inferior clone of the IBM Synapse?

Also IBM seems to have a team of 32 people according to this article working on it and i am sure many more as IBM is a huge company.
Brainchip seems to have a staff total of 3 according to the website
