Addressing some 40 attendees at an investment lunch organized by Monsoon Communications, Hopkins presented a slide show and then answered questions - one of which related to Lyme Disease.

"I'd rate Hopkins" presentation at 8 or 9 out of 10", one attendee said.

Hopkins made these main points:

. Funding is first topic on the agenda at every monthly board meeting;

. "We're not raising capital at the moment" - answering a question from Patersons Securities;

. The new corporate strategy aims to develop proprietary "products" - one reason being that products are easier to value;

. Identity of the first product to be launched will be revealed in five months.

. Accessing of funds from Genentech to help fight drug-resistant superbugs would depend on achievement of milestones and might start within 12 months.

. The CPP/OMOMYC combination developed at Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, Perth can kill breast cancer cells with "exceptional potency".

. Sietsma Holdings, Phylogica's second ranking shareholder with an equity of 10%, had been buying in the last 12 months - "Fantastic".

Hopkins told Medify Daily that acquisition of a 7.5% equity in Cambridge-based Phoremost came after a negotiation which took into account Phylogica's financial position - suggesting the company would have acquired more shares had it the funds to do so...and may acquire more in the future.

Wonder how many they think they can Destroy.

Monday will be interesting after this preso because imo the accumulation that has been going on will soon enough become obvious on the sell line.
