Two points below open for discussion

1- ''CSD will have $40 to $50 million in positive cashflow (as it also producers lead, copper and silver).''

IMO , if this were the case why would Mr Tong who purchased the entire assets of Kagara for $40m be interested in selling if he could make ( $40m- $50m positive cash flow) yearly return on his investment as indicated above.

IMO, this is pure speculation and the share price since the MOU approval tells the real story of what is going on.

The IE report clearly stated that significant funding will be required going forward.

CSD are in advanced discussion for a capital raising and after countless presentations and board room interviews no funds have been raised..( majority holder deterrence)

The priority options at a bargain price were 2/3rds unplaced for a reason.

2- The only reason CSD price isn't reflective of value is because, as you know, we have a significant T20 wanting out... Eventually, this will change. $33k per day, or million dollar a month all adds up! (With zinc price up, it will certainly go up a lot higher and faster!)

IMO, the only reason why the CSD share price is at current levels is without doubt the 79.51% majority overseas holding by one individual who has full control on all levels.

580m shares in escrow for another 20months all deemed purchase price of 5c

Until this majority holding is diluted, the share price will never appreciate regardless of the production figures and price of base metals

A significant top 20 player is selling out as indicated at this point in time..

DYOR as nearly 14m shares have traded since 1/12/14 at around average price of 5c
