good point. Karoo hasn't really been rated or valued by analysts so far. Perhaps there is reason for this!?
with all the PENOCs and PENODs at the moment, further dilution could see this with easily over 10 billion shares. even with Karoo coming on board, having over 10 billion shares would probably not see the share price move very significantly (assuming no consolidation happens).
