What does this mean?

Hey everyone, I am trying the work out a paragraph in "notice to shareholders"  just released... can anyone enlighten me please?

• You may do nothing. If you choose to do nothing with your Entitlements, while you will continue to hold the same number of Shares, your interest in the Company will be diluted and you will receive no value for your Entitlement.

I am considering buying additional shares to my own stupidity......do I buy from the prospectus or am I still good to go through Commsec? ... this is all to confusing!
