possible reason for delay?, page-8

As we have had no news on any aspect of this project for months it is overboard to suggest that nothing has been achieved.
I am of the belief that much will work will be announnced, rather than everyone sitting around reading HC and twiddling their collective thumbs.
IMO, once the finance announcement (see my post about the reading of my stool sample, which I've sent to HQ, just to see if their picking up what I'm putting down) announcement, there will be, closely following, the offtake information, or maybe offtake agreement, to which I'm thinking is integral to achieving the finance.
Quickly followed, same day maybe, engeering, and the announcement of awarding of construction contracts. Power already connected to the front gate (and you thought management were doing nothing), formwork in place, concrete trucks standing by, and an army of locals blokes all wanting to draw a wage.
Bring it on, end of this week is what I'm thinking.
Oh, and a whole series of announcement regarding PB......
