News: Broad Investments to reveal corporate transactions

    Broad Investments (ASX:BRO) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details of material corporate transactions.

    Last month the company entered two separate comprehensive agreements for the acquisition of MyMac (Australia) Pty Ltd (MyMac) and Monsta Industries Pty Ltd (Monsta).

    MyMac is the largest privately owned Premium Apple Reseller in Australia with four stores (three in Melbourne and one in Sydney).

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 16th April 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
