As an ex farmer, I have put many a bullet in do*gs and cats over the years. Only for age reasons.
I try not to look them in the eye at the time. I used to take them out somewhere nice and when they weren't watching.....
I'm an old softie really, but now I live on the coast and have no weapons, it is up to the vet.
Don't think I will have another pet, but who knows.
