the base stations are NOT being re configured for China.

They are now being built to 3G standards which is a global standard.

3G will allow the base stations and transponders to be built on a mass manufacture scale without the need for any re engineering to country or city specific locations.

It also allows the base stations now to be deployed in a non concentric deployment.

Go visit the place you know in SA......you will be surprised what they are doing there.
