If you read Harry's post in that regard, you'd know he gave the avg turnaround times from the ATO for two different classes of cap ret. The info he gave is on the ATO web site. From memory, our case was something like 83 days avg.
The earliest they could have lodged was after s/h approval for the ret, or again after increase to 6.4c ret proposed by the co.,...if the two weren't the same to start with.
