bodgea - that would be gutsy brinkmanship - go shopping for a better deal, cant find one and go back to T and say we will take your offer after all...T says "nah we have changed our mind, when can we pick up the keys to the gold plant?"
just another question without answer - is T interested in funding the gold plant and exploration?
