    i hold 190000 NEO
    When I look under chess holdings and have 23750 NEOR
    why do i have these if i didnt subscribe.
    will i be charged for them?, cant imagine they would give em to me for free?
    please excuse my ignorance as i havent had experience with a rights issue before
    and havent read the prospectus
