Not bad for a first post.

I wonder if some sort of scaremongering is not intentionally mixed with this post of yours too.

Especially when the two legal cases are totally different in their definitions/grounds whereby one was based on the corrupt scandal/conducts by one past Minister, and the other one (MEL) whereby there is no corrupt conducts by anyone but only a baseless and without any possible grounds for a suspended drilling operation.

Sorry for asking but it wouldn't be that you could be one of the ones that protested at the site when MEL was planning to drill would you.??

Oh well, not long to go now and we will soon find out what the Judge will have to say about it all. But, if he/she will hand down in our favour, (And I have to admit that I hate to say this), I don't believe that the incumbent Government (I.e. Mike and his cronies), will give up easily without having an attempt at lodging an appeal.

Don't forget that while the Government is using Taxpayers money, we are using our own. Bloody disgraceful, but true.

Finally, and if we are to take notice of the trading of MEL's shares lately, it appears that someone is confident that the judgement will come down in our favour.

    Good luck to all.
