From what I thought was the latest is that the spot market would be the source of LNG
for the Philippines "if it is cheaper".....so Indonesia does not have to be running for the other to be.
Just a word of the negative thou....we really should have been given an updated timeline now.
If we are on the precipice of production/commissioning it is time to give the faithful some heads up.
