Unfortunately true. The fact that a decision has not been put out yet is a reflection of workload; it is not vexatious on the beak's part for sure. Sadly though we're at the butt end of it. We can always hope that a decision will come soon, and more importantly when it does some ducks might line up in the shareholder's [us] favour for a change!!
