I am surprised that it has not hung around the 51 /52 cents especially given the spike in volumes at times. I think the current pattern is someone accumulating and that may well be the new Significant shareholder. I think its a pattern to keep accumulating so they seem to purchase 30,000 if available early in the day then withdraw and see the offers come in and cherry pick those. This pattern seems to have been there for sometime.
You may have to watch and jump in when they have let the offers come in each day. Becoming a difficult stock to accumulate as there never seems to be a large volume on offer.
