Some poster disparaged the due diligence process as "looking under the bonnet" - and then being free to walk away with that knowledge to do as they pleased. Do you think it would be correct to say that when looking under the bonnet they would be confronted by a warning label marked PATENTS.
This makes me feel better anyway.
