I've seen it Mike. Up close. A lively babbling little boy transformed overnight into a withdrawn shell of his former self. He never tried to speak for years after his triple antigen.

Heartbreak for the parents and a major, major shock when one of the parents was a health professional.

After years of intensive therapy the boy has mostly recovered but it cost a couple of hundred thousand and so much pain and grief.

I'm not anti vax and neither are his parents. But don't ever ever let a child get the triple antigen if they have any sign of sniffles cold or illness.

Ideally get them separately. Don't let the usual crowd push you around and stick up for your children because the government won't.
