All because of no immunity to the disease. Eating healthy to cure/stop getting these diseases is absolute rubbish. My uncle is a very fit man. Runs marathons regularly, never smoked, not drank since his youth and eats unbelievably healthy veg and seafood, no meat. He has had lung cancer and testicular cancer twice. Treatment early saved his life all 3 times. It doesn't matter what lifestyle you lead/how you eat there are always some things that may make you seriously ill/kill you if modern medicine does not intervene.
