Sorry to hear about the psoriasis/arthritis. Have you tried a gluten free diet? There are a lot of people who are gluten intolerant who are not celiac, and I have seen some dramatic improvements in people (including at least one rheumatoid arthritis sufferer) once they have eliminated these proteins. You would need to be totally gluten free for at least three weeks to notice any effect, and three to nine months to get an optimal result.
