    The issue for us in Aus is:
    (a) Should the Government guarantee bank deposits in a future economic crisis
    like what it did post 2008.
    (b) and if so should the Government charge the banks for this service
    and/or back charge the banks ?
    (c) if not should the Government announce that forthwith?
