Re what is in a vaccine? We all consume a range of products, medicinal and other that we presume are safe as they have gone through some level of safety testing. We do not know the precise contents of most of them. For example, all pharmaceuticals will have carriers and binders that are not defined on the label.
So yes, I am happy to have my GP inject me with a vaccine where I do not know the precise contents if it reduces my chance of getting the disease, especially if it is a disease like polio.
