I have not read the bal of posts yet but the 5th March annc stated pg 3 NXR has the right to increase from 40 % to 51% , Im sure with the amount they have advanced to date the contract to increase from 40 % would be pretty tight and hardly worth a protracted legal battle for breach of contract, The damages and loss of profit would be substantial, Its quite clear that the funding has developed the concept and invention of Stephen Mason, All would loose credibility
Dont see it happening but good idea and well worth the exercise.
