In anticipation of or as a result of? Management's trip to the US and Africa? Results? A corner-stone investor? Now 12.8m at or above 9.5 cents on the buy side which would buy everything up to 12.5 cents. And buy side not far off sell side total volume. Its looking like a good open despite a likely fall overall on the market.
