GG I am half expecting some boats to go and retrieve a buoy at anytime. Today and tomorrow look good and again next weekend.
If they leave it too long they won't have as many opportunities for calm conditions in which to do a retrieval.
I would assume they would only want to have the buoy out of the water only for as long as it takes to do inspections and repairs. If they leave it too late they might not be able to redeploy for some time.
