my views is that the law didn't win ... someones interpretations of the law got up ...

I had followed this closely but never put any money in as my view was that RIO was to big (bigger than a state govt).

The Premier of WA should resign as he let out accurately market sensitive data one week before official release ... does any one know the email address for ICAC ?? or is that just a NSW corruption watchdo g

CAZ should imeadiately lodge an appeal to high court

I haven't read the ruling but what was the official reason for handing it back to RIO ...
