FSF Securities Trading Policy update

FSF Management Company Limited has updated its policy for trading in units in
the Fonterra Shareholders' Fund on the NZX Main Board and ASX, to reflect the
Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (New Zealand) and ASX Guidance Note 27.
