    Superannuation and investment company Diversa Limited (ASX:DVA) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open.

    Diversa requested the halt pending details following speculation regarding the possibility of an offer being made for the company.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 23rd April 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
