poyndexter Last year you said the following:
"My company is looking to establish an IT Backbone to connect three offices and at times 2 or 3 mobile facilites in NSW with data and IP telephony services. We only employ abt 50 staff.
Telstra have given us a standard spiel, little detail, a fulsome quote and no follow up. Commander were not much better. Macquarie Corporate appear to be out to lunch. We placed an email enquiry with PWT on Wed and within 90mins had one of their premium IT partners on the ph and he presented to us today .... great response. We still have to speak to Optus.
All technical questions were answered and the virtual private network he proposed seems well spec'd. They can host and manage our servers or host only, allowing us to manage them. We will have their proposal and pricing by Wed next week ... good timing.
PWT appear to present a focussed, responsive business solution for companies smaller and many times bigger than mine. From a prospective clients point of view I am impressed. Assuming that they dont try to nail us with crazy pricing, I would be happy to do business with them.
Now to my point ... assuming the service we have received to this point is indicative of their culture and abilities and assuming their network is a slick as it appears I would have to say that over the next few years PWT business and share price should bloom."
Do you have any comment some 11 months on? I'd be intersted to hear them as I think it may be a telco with prospects. To me it looks like it is under the radar.
