CCC is certainly heading for that list.
The Cap,en did construct a Capital raising in Sept 2014 of which Komodo (PL) was to be a sub underwriter.
It got pulled at the 11 hr for a sale to someone in "their field" with some poor solo's already having given them money for the CR.
(Didn't stop them charging CCC $1.3m for meeting and travel expenses)
I know that some have still not seen their money back from that pulled CR.
Pete left CCC for a bit and while gone a $2m loan made to CCC by RRS was settled "privately"
He came back with D'sylva on board with a wonderful short term bridge loan. $5m for $7.5m.
D'slva just happens to be a Director of KAB and AYN. (Where a back door loan to BMZ was tried before it went belly up)
He is also a director of Empire Equity who arranged loans through Platinum for Range, CCC and KAB.

KAB has just had receivers appointed.
BMZ was delisted from the AIM market today because the NOMAD quit a month ago and it would seem all the other NOMAD's wouldn't touch them. (A private market regulator from an AIM approved list)
