2015 ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (RBD) is holding its next Annual
Meeting of shareholders on Thursday 2 July 2015 at Peppers Clearwater Resort,
Clearwater Ave, Harewood, Christchurch, commencing at 11.00am.
For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5, RBD advises that the closing
date for nominations of directors is Monday 11 May 2015 (Closing Date). All
nominations must be received by 4:00pm on the Closing Date.
A nomination may only be made by a shareholder of RBD entitled to attend and
vote at the Annual Meeting and be accompanied by the consent in writing of
the person nominated.
