Well, you and I (at least myself) may be looking at the effect of capping and a difference of 0.1c and certainly the difference won't break the bank.
Think of (say FarJoy) when he was accumulating. Think of what happened that few days when he accumulated his 10%. Now that is the effect if you don't cap and buy over weeks and months, but buying big numbers of shares in a short time; now that makes a difference!
My question is who is at play? and is this another major S/holder in the making?
