i got them from the url i posted, a url i found on another website being www.opec.com if you go check it out, there's lots more there besides what i posted.

the article goes on to say that, despite there being much oil in africa, most of it is exported there is very little refinery capacity in Africa to support this. THAT is why what RRS is doing is so different. They now have potential partners who can refine that oil for them.

If it was not for that, RRS would be a bit like RPT or SMM .. got a great resource, but can't do a thing with it. there's plenty of other facts and figures out there ... some of those oil sites are like mazes to wade through
