Board changes are clearly afoot, so I wouldn't worry too much.

I wouldn't take anything for granted. I'm with KC on this one and will be making sure that my vote is not to re-elect Gozlan as chair.
I suggest everyone does their homework and stand up collectively as shareholders for what you think is right for the company and the share price.
If people think it is incidental, ask your self this.
What effect would Lankou have on the share price compared to Gozlan as share?
No brainer really.
