As long as daily transactions are at least 1 mil or more, it's an indication the stock is healthy, liquid, high demand & popular. Any stock that has a low & few daily transactions is illiquid.
IBG is a penny stock, but its technical chart is as predictable as high cap stocks. Perhaps due to its stong fundamentals.
