I agree HR. My recollection is that this was definitely a linkage via Mpire in Australia back to the Hong Kong based JV. Mpire was marketing the billing platforms and opportunity to give app developers entry to China.
Mylifeonline.cn is no longer live which then makes sense for part of the reason why Zhenya has sold Mpire.
Will be interesting to see the top 20 shareholders to see if Zhenya is still in SMA. I recall his holding was under something like Lydia Enterprises
