I think you have missed something, 28 mil is Koolan wind-down cost, so they have dropped 9 mil only and with cost cutting now in place should be ironed out in the next quarterly. Also there is 15 mil stockpile of product which is not reflected in the 324 mil you are referring 2.
Maybe I am reading it wrong but that my take on it. Feed back would be appreciated.
