Lower than expected Q1 production figures and some bizarre comments from the majors see IOP flying. Don't forget the $10 trillion new wealth created by an overheated equities market which could dribble into the futures market. Chinese here are naturally risk-seeking and will chase upside particularly IO coming off such lows. Case of market moving ahead of fundamentals...
