If you contact the department you will be told that there is no delay and all approvals have been sent on time. As stated there are very few applications going through.
As stated by me before the proven reputation of this person continues to occur with this company. How they remain as a director and how they get a position in a company is unbelieveable. ......... IMO if he did send off the application he has received the approval.

I only wish I lived in WA so I could knock on a few doors and have verified that the application was sent and if it has been approved. A personal visit to the office along with a letter of demand seeking a copy of the application order would shake things up. Did this in Sydney once. Proved very successful.

I can understand Regency selling. To be honest why wouldnt you. How many of us are waiting for a bounce to off load. Just wish some big player would make a T.O of the company @ .01. What a bargain they would have. They would get sufficient shares to have that GUY dumped.

Although other explorers are not having much luck I think our ground is much closer and better located to have some good hits.
