Good point but be careful
For example Papillion .... I entered at $0.05, and sold at $1.80, taken out at $600m. importantly...did not start to mine? Tier 1...possibly, but more importantly nearly 40x roi
Timing is important.
Top class discoveries are very high value adding
Sirius (not mining) but shares got down to $0.04?
Independence Group (mining on nickel and gold), shares were under $0.20 and went to $8.00
In gold apart from Tropicana there are no new Tier 1 gold discoveries in the last 15 years in Oz, a non sustainable outcome without doubt. Money being spent now to find the next Tier 1 in Oz(as compared to brownfields)= very low number. Likely outcome in the next 15 years = 0.000
I think what you are talking about are the marginal discoveries made by marginal management. Do not be surprised if you get a marginal response. Most of the Juniors in Oz are ...compromised..and deliver compromised results as is evident. DYOR on this...
good luck !!!
