Dr Elephant, I am truly and sincerely sorry for your loss.
I have family members that have fought addiction (heroin) and others that are still struggling (ice). It is all a horrible nasty business, that should be fought on every front.
Nevertheless, I still doubt the effectiveness of executing drug smugglers.
My wife's cousin was killed in a car accident by a drink driver. Does this then mean that manufacturers and distributors of alcohol should also be executed as retribution or punishment for this, or for the numerous other lives that are lost every year ?
