sounds good ebit, I posted that map last week lol, marathon crest has 4 leases, location seems good, jsut a waiting game, cant really see anything going wrong at these prices, all upside would be a differant story if LMG was in the 4's/5's but under 2 cents its like a shell company waiting for a new aquisition
