still investing in it's sales force

From the WA business news:

"Angel Newland, Kathy Zdanowicz and Paul Hodgkinson have joined People Telecom’s ever growing sales team, specialising in corporate voice and data. Between them, they have more than 40 years’ experience in corporate sales. The company has also appointed Lorna Phillips (pictured) as corporate data specialist and John McMillan to drive business development across the company’s products."

This suggests that even if it is cutting back costs elsewhere, it is still expanding its sales force. As such the company is still gearing itself for growth. I think evidence like this suggests that it is unlikely a turnaround in net profit can be expected for the full year.
