From a chart perspective i will be looking for 40.5 c. Why ? Ton has been conforming to a trend line since the 14th april when it hit 32 c. A longer period confirms to todays close. 40.5-42 has also been strong res points in the past which could turn into support. So is it a buy - not yet. A sell at these levels? not yet A hold yes with an exit strategy.
