I note a weird change of font in the document - I have bolded the font change here - I think this is the part where the lawyers have stepped in and said " we suggest you insert this wording..." IMHO...

Notwithstanding this, and has been previously announced by Thor, the Company continues to engage locally and overseas with entities interested in, or currently reviewing possible involvement in, the advanced Molyhil Tungsten Project. However, these assessments may or may not lead to a commercial agreement. Thor Directors, as previously stated, are hopeful that a financing arrangement for the project can be achieved in the near term. Any such financing would be announced to the market in the appropriate manner, if and when it occurs.
