Yes it seems that there will be a surge upwards today (finally), with good quarterly results (not stellar with rise in cost, but slightly better than I expected) and overnight raise in spot gold prices of around 2%.
It would be interesting to know how much short positions are not closed yet, as we might see the additional up effects of a short squeeze.
